Refunds and Exchanges :

If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. I will be happy to give you a full refund. Simply return the painting to me in the same condition you received it, and once I have received it, I will refund you in the same manner you paid.

I will notify you once I’ve received the painting, and if everything is in order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To enquire about a return, you can contact me at info@artgirlstudio.com . I will review the steps for you to take for me to process your return. You will be responsible for all costs incurred for the return of the painting- shipping ,etc. You must contact me prior to sending the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your painting upon receiving and contact me immediately if it’s damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
No returns on commissions or custom orders.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Shipping:

Processing time (the time required to prepare your order for shipping) : 2-3 business days.

Shipping will be via Canada Post : Canada -Expedited Parcel ( includes tracking ).

USA: Small Packet Surface or Expedited Parcel ( includes tracking ).

I will do my utmost to ensure your original artwork reaches you without damage. Paintings on paper will be placed between heavy cardboard and then placed in a bubble envelope or wrapped in heavy brown paper, to prevent bending.

Canvas and birch panel paintings will be protected with bubble wrap, and placed in a heavy cardboard box. Additional padding will be placed in the box for protection.
